Using advanced GIS and BI data visualization techniques, we present complex information in concise narratives. We leverage from BI data dashboard to interactive digital Story Maps. Our goal is to deliver clear, concise
and actionable insights that bridge data and information gaps among stakeholders.

Our Team
Rahel Tekle is the founder and CEO of RT Data Analytics LLC, specializing in advancing Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data analytics for non-profits and community-based organizations. As a skilled data and spatial storytelling expert, she uses BI, GIS and digital story-mapping tools to integrate quantitative and qualitative data into compelling narratives.
With experience managing programs for non-profits and government agencies, Rahel has led transformative, data-driven changes in sectors such as health, higher education, and workforce development. Her passion for community and economic development inspires her to create inclusive data visualization solutions that make digital information accessible to all. Currently, Rahel’s research focuses on economic mobility, community resilience, sustainability, and data science ethics. She is dedicated to participatory action research, emphasizing community engagement to address root causes of systemic challenges.
Rahel holds a Master of Science in Geographical Information Science (GIS). Currently she is pursuing a Ph.D. in urban affairs and regional planning.
